Why did Conor McGregor Vs Khabib Nurmagomedov end in an unruly brawl?

With all the trash talk before the fight, Conor McGregor vs Khabib Nurmagomedov was bound to be full gruesome hooks and controversies.

Khabib took down Conor in the 4th round, the latter submitting to a neck hold. With all the adrenaline rushing through his body, Khabib needed an outlet, the scapegoat being Conor’s jiu-jitsu (a form of martial arts) coach, Dillon Danis. After the fight, Khabib was seen throwing his mouth guard in the general direction of the coach, a provocative act to say the least. Being etched on by Dillon, Khabib was seen to jump out of the cage, trying to attack him but was quickly separated by the security.

Apparently, Dillon Danis had been trash talking about Khabib all during the fight and also during the buildup to it. Tensions were high and Khabib had had enough and needed no second invitation for a confrontation.

Meanwhile, in the ring, Conor despite being on the receiving end of a heavy beating tried to help his teammates by jumping out of their cage and to their assistance. Amidst the chaos, Conor was seen throwing a punch at a man- allegedly from camp Khabib.

The security personnel did a great job in actually separating all the flaring tempers and ensuring that no one was critically injured.

Whose fault was it?

Well, the physical initiation was most certainly started by Khabib but the ruckus in the ring was a result of Conor’s left hook at one of Khabib’s team members.

Will Khabib accept the rematch against Conor is yet to be seen but one thing is for certain, these two men will not back down!
